​Whether you're hosting a bridal shower, memorial luncheon, corporate gathering, baby shower, graduation celebration, meeting, or other special event, The Ivy Table offers a warm and welcoming space designed to bring people together. 

Our beautifully renovated venue accommodates up to 100 guests and offers flexible options depending on the type of event you are planning. Clients may rent the space on its own, bring in their own food, add catering through The Ivy Table, or choose additional hospitality services for more support.

While every event looks a little different, our goal is always the same—to provide a space that feels warm, welcoming, and easy to gather in.

As a nonprofit café, revenue generated through rentals also helps support the broader work happening at The Ivy Table, both locally and abroad, throughout the year.

RENTAL FAQ:

How many guests can the space accommodate?

Our space comfortably accommodates up to 100 guests. 

What is included with venue rental?

Venue rental includes private use of the space (both inside and out), tables and chairs, a staff member onsite incase of emergency, and standard facility cleaning after your event.   

Does my rental time include setup and teardown?

Yes. Rental time includes all setup, decorating, event time, and teardown. Please reserve enough time to fully prepare and return the space to the condition that you found it.  

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Remaining balance is due two weeks before the event.  Please see our complete Venue Rental Contract.

Does all food have to come from The Ivy Table?

No. Clients are welcome to bring in outside food or add catering through The Ivy Table.  If you choose to have the event catered, we would provide the entire meal and do not offer ala carte items to mix in with your outside food.  Please note, we do not offer catering on Sundays.

Can alcohol be served?

Yes. but should you choose to serve alcohol, one day Liquor liability insurance is required.  It is a simple process that costs about $100 through our recommended vendor EventHelper 

Does catering include staff?

Basic catering does not include staff. Hospitality Upgrades are available.
