From celebrations and meetings to community events, The Ivy Table Café provides the perfect backdrop — and every rental helps support our mission of feeding those facing food insecurity both locally and abroad.

Rentals include exclusive access to our space (both inside and out) and an onsite staff member should facility support be needed during your contracted times. Renters handle their own setup, service, and cleanup, returning the space to its original condition.

Optional catering can be added to the rental contract for an additional fee or guests are always welcome to bring their own food and beverages.

RENTAL FAQ:
Is a rental deposit required?
Yes, we ask for a non-refundable 50% deposit of the rental fee to secure your date. The remaining balance will be due 1 week before the date of your event. Read complete rental terms here.

Does all food at the event have to be supplied by The Ivy Table?
No, although adding catering by The Ivy Table is an option (see sample menus). Clients are welcome to bring in their own food. Please note, The Ivy Table does not currently offer catering for Sunday events.

Can alcohol be served?
Yes, however we do require liquor liability insurance for all events where alcohol is served. This protects both you, the host, and The Ivy Table from any alcohol-related incidents. If you are not using a licensed bartender that carries this type of insurance, a one-day policy can be purchased through EventHelper for around $100. We have found this to be the most reasonable and easy to use insurance carrier, but you are welcome to shop around for other companies. The policy must have at least $1,000,000 in coverage and list The Ivy Table as an additional Insured.

Does staff come with catering orders?
Basic catering does not include service staff. Basic catering includes a custom buffet setup with varying heights using non-disposable silver chafing dishes with a combination of white, wood, and silver serving pieces, and buffet tear down at end of event.
For an additional charge, porcelain plates, stainless steel flatware, and real glasses may be rented with event staff to help manage buffet line and clear dishes from tables.​​
