We know every event looks a little different. Our hospitality level options allow you to choose the level of support that best fits your guests, budget, and vision.

Basic Venue Rental
Best for: Clients who want to bring their own food and manage their event independently.
Included:
• Private use of the venue (no food service included)
• On-site event host to open and close the building and remain available during your event if needed
• Standard post-event facility cleaning (tables sanitized, bathrooms cleaned, floors mopped)
Renter Responsibilities:
• Event setup and decorating
• Moving tables and chairs as needed and returning them to original layout before departure
• Removing personal items and placing trash in receptacles

Catered Buffet
Best for:
Clients who would like The Ivy Table to handle the food while keeping service simple and casual.
Included:
• Buffet setup and tear down
• Disposable compostable plates and heavy-duty disposable flatware provided at the buffet
• Buffet support hosts to oversee and replenish the buffet during food service
Not Included:
• Clearing dishes from guest tables
• Table bussing
• Table service

Simple Table Hospitality
Best for: Clients who would like buffet service plus light guest support throughout the event.
Included:
• Catered buffet
• Buffet support during meal service
• Table hosts to clear dishes from guest tables
Additional Details:
• Minimum staffing ratio: 1 table host for every 30 guests (billed at $35/hour)
• Upgrade from plastic disposable plates and wrapped disposable silverware to porcelain plates and rolled silverware in a linen napkin for $4 per guest

Signature Table Hospitality
Best for: Clients who would like a more complete guest experience with food service, table support, and upgraded place settings.
Included:
• Catered buffet
• Buffet support during meal service
• Table hosts to clear dishes throughout the event
• Rental of white porcelain dinnerware, stainless flatware, real glassware, and linen napkins (Ivy Table green) for meal service
• Premium plastic disposables for appetizers and dessert
• Water service (setting, filling, and refreshing water glasses during mealtime)
Additional Details:
• Minimum staffing ratio: 1 table host per 20 guests (billed at $35/hour)
• Signature tableware rental fee: $10 per guest
